A village near Bromsgrove will soon have 32 new affordable homes.

Jephson Homes housing association is providing homes for rent and shared ownership in Catshill village.

The homes are a mixture of one and two-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses. They will be completed in phases, with the first due to be finished in October, and the entire development by the end of 2015.

This project is the first time Jephson has worked in the Bromsgrove area, and with builder Bovis Homes.

Ian Woodland, development and property asset manager for Jephson’s Midlands region, said: “We look forward to welcoming new tenants into these homes, and hope the local community will welcome them into village life.”
