Progress Housing Group has been named one of the top developing housing associations in the UK.
An annual survey compiled by UK industry expert, Inside Housing ranked the Group 39th out of the country’s top 50 developing housing associations as a result of the 261 homes they delivered in 2013/14. This is the first time the Lancashire-based housing group has featured in this list.
Progress Housing Group manages over 10,400 units of accommodation including general, sheltered and specialist accommodation and support for those with learning disabilities and mental health needs, keyworkers accommodation and those experiencing homelessness or domestic abuse.
The housing provider’s current development programme is worth £23M to the local economy and provides apprenticeships and training for local people.
