South West London housing association RHP has triumphed at the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards for the fourth year running, scooping the prize for Customer Service Team of the Year. The team were delighted to win a category that included One Vision Housing, Riverside, Kuoni and Serco.
Miriam Morris, Head of Customer Service at RHP, says: “I couldn’t be more proud of our team – they work hard every day to deliver the very best service they can, listening to our customers and responding in ways that really matter and have helped to increase our number of ‘very satisfied’ customers to 50%!”
RHP’s Chief Executive, David Done, will be appearing at the National Housing Federation Conference in September. David is leading a seminar around RHP’s innovative approach to customer service and their big ideas on how to position themselves alongside the biggest and best service providers in the country.
