Today, Lancashire-based Progress Housing Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing, has launched a new visual identity.
The Group has chosen 2014, its 20th Anniversary year, as the time to refresh the Group brand. Not only will it mean a vibrant new ‘look and feel’ for the organisation; it will also give the housing provider the opportunity to re-state its central commitment to working collaboratively and creatively with partners whilst continuing to put customers at the heart of its business.
As part of the rebranding process the Group has spoken in depth to customers, partners and staff. It has used this feedback to help it to define what is important to its partners, tenants and customers to inform a new vision statement and the core values that underpin everything that it does.
The Group, which prides itself on being a forward thinking, people focused organisation, manages more than 10,000 homes across the UK.
Chief Executive at Progress Housing Group, Jacqui De-Rose, said: “Deciding on a new ‘look and feel’ for the organisation with the help of our customers, staff and partners has been a fantastic process, enabling us to create a new visual identity –which we feel sums up the energy and personality of Progress Housing Group, but also really cements the reason we are here and what we want to achieve.
“In refreshing our visual brand identity we are not only renewing our commitment to delivering excellent services, but demonstrating that we are continuing to be innovative and creative in the way we move forward.
“For Progress it’s still business as usual and our customers, tenants and partners will continue to enjoy the same high standard of service. Our customers were at the heart of the rebranding process and will continue to be at the heart of our future success.”
Following the launch the Group will bring all of its services together under the one trading name in September 2014. The Group manages affordable housing, supported living from people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, keyworker accommodation, sheltered housing for people over 55, homeless accommodation and an in house property services division.
This means that Progress Housing Group’s partner subsidiaries, New Progress Housing Association, New Fylde Housing and Progress Care Housing Association will all start to ‘trade’ as Progress Housing Group from September this year.
