Housing boards need to continually review their effectiveness to identify not only the individual capabilities across the group of board members, but also to review the dynamics, relationships and overall success of the board as a team.
 
During this one day event key experts in the sector will discuss and provide practical solutions to the issues facing organisations and their board members. Matthew Bailes, Executive Director of Regulation at the Homes and Communities Agency will address the recent changes to regulation and share views on leadership and government including what is expected from your board. Sessions throughout the day will focus on understanding your organisations needs to create the right board, discuss the future role of providers and board members, share how to manage risk and work with partners successfully and evaluating and assessing board performance.
