Leading repairs and maintenance provider, Keepmoat Property Services, has appointed Lindsey Hobson as a Business Development Manager to drive its expansion in the Midlands.
Hobson previously held business development manager positions at Bullock Construction, Lovell Partnerships Limited and Powerminster Gleeson Services and brings seven years’ experience to the role.
This latest appointment comes after a number of new business wins have grown Keepmoat Property Services’ national turnover to £50 million.
Hobson, 31, has been tasked with developing client relations and growing the company’s turnover across the Midlands region.
Although Keepmoat Property Services are headquartered in Leeds, Lindsey will spend the majority of her time in Birmingham. She said: “Keepmoat Property Services is already well established in London, the South East and throughout the north of England.
“However, now we have a unique opportunity to grow the business from the ground up in the Midlands. Both the new build and regeneration sides of the business are already well established in the Midlands, but this is a hugely exciting opportunity to expand Keepmoat Property Services into a new region.”
Helen Francis, Keepmoat Property Services’ Business Development Director, said: “As we build on the company’s success in 2013, strengthening our foot hold in the Midlands is the next natural step for us as a company.
“During the last financial year we secured an additional £70million of new business and bolstered our team with 120 new staff. I’m sure, with Lindsey’s help, 2014 will be even better as we grow and expand the coverage of Keepmoat Property Services.”
