Mulbury strengthens team with new appointment

Specialist housing developer Mulbury Homes has appointed a technical manager as it continues to see growth in new business.
Glyn Barrett joins from Taylor Wimpey, where he was an engineering manager, having also worked forMorrisHomesand Bellway Homes.
His newly created role at Lymm-based Mulbury will see him managing the processes surrounding developments including liaising with external organisations such as the highways and environment agencies.
Glyn will also be responsible for ensuring sites are delivered on time and on budget and will prepare the demolition and remediation contracts.
Greg Mulligan, a director of Mulbury Homes, said: “We’ve seen sustained and planned growth over the past few years and by bringing a new technical manager on board we are adding to our specialist knowledge and expertise.
“Glyn brings with him a wealth of technical experience within the housing sector and will help us continue delivering high quality, affordable housing developments.”

Mulbury has grown rapidly since it was set up in 2011. The business is on course to deliver 10 new site starts and more than 600 homes in the coming year, including affordable housing, extra-care developments and open market housing.
