Regulation Regulation

Revision of housing regulation standards
19 June 2014, CIH London office

The Homes and Communities Agency has updated its ‘Regulating the Standards’ document which now provides further details on the approach to the economic regulation to outline the ever changing operating environment within the sector. This event will outline the current proposals to revise the standards and address how regulation can continue to be operative and progressive for the sector.

With a greater focus on economic standards providers need to ensure value for money across their organisations and rethink how they use their assets in the most effective way. The HCA’s value for money standard continues to place great onus on housing associations to have a clear understanding of their costs.

During this one day event key experts in the sector will discuss and share practical information on the latest changes and also look into the future of regulation.

6 reasons not to miss this event:
1) Latest research and practice: receive the latest information on the proposed changes to housing regulation and how the changes will impact on your organisations
2) Understand: gain a clear understanding of how your organisation can achieve value for money across the whole organisation
3) Knowledge and information: learn from credible and influential high profile speakers, leading housing professionals and practitioners
4) Engage in discussion: express your thoughts on the proposals for a fee charging scheme for regulation
