The Riverside Group are welcoming more residents to their new homes this week at The Woodlands, Shotley Bridge. Being built by Story Homes, on the site of the former Shotley Bridge Hospital, Riverside will acquire 30 new homes to be offered for rent ranging from two bedroom apartments to four bedroom houses.
The site has been developed in partnership with Durham County Council, Story Homes and The Riverside Group.

Katie McGuigan was one of the first tenants to move into her two bedroom house. Katie said “I am really pleased with my new home, Riverside were really helpful during the process of me moving from living with my parents to my first home. I am really happy, it is a lovely place to live.”
Riverside is currently advertising two bedroom apartments and three bedroom houses for rent.
