Total Glass PVC-U fencing
Total Glass will be displaying its new maintenance-free PVC-U fencing range alongside the Total Glass Aluminium Security Door, its secure communal entrance door for social housing providers, on stand F51 at the CIH Housing Exhibition 2014 in Manchester Central in June.
The fencing is manufactured using 90% recycled PVC-U content with reinforced multi-chambered sections that do not burn, rust, rot or splinter. Easy to install, the panels can be fitted to existing concrete posts and are available in white, green or brown.
The Total Glass high-security communal entrance door is manufactured to superior specifications and designed with the needs of social housing organisations in mind. Visitors will be able to test the door’s operation and learn more about its versatile applications in use.
Robust, thermally-efficient and with customised glazing options available, the door enhances the external aesthetics of buildings for a smart, contemporary look. Single or combination frames can be specified and all doors feature secure electronic magnetic locking that can be linked to existing entry phone systems, providing peace of mind for residents.
Total Glass Business Development Manager, Marcus Wilson comments: “The new fencing, which offers savings on lifecycle costs over its lifetime, plus our communal entrance door are just two examples from our comprehensive portfolio of products and services tailored to the social housing sector’s unique requirements.”
