Dracula has put his house on the market - and the Count could soon be counting the cash if his hideous castle sells for its £47 million asking price.
Bran Castle in Transylvania, Romania is thought by some to be the residence Bram Stoker had in mind when he dreamed up his fictional vampire's home.
Set atop a verdant hill, the ghoulish building is currently a museum, attracting around half a million tourists a year.
The 57-room behemoth is set over 22 acres - but has no plumbing or bathrooms. It is believed the Count washes and shaves at a local bus station.
Mark Meyer, of Herzfeld and Rubin, the firm handling the sale, said: "If someone comes in with a reasonable offer, we will look at who they are, what they are proposing, and will seriously entertain the idea."
In a statement, Count Dracula said: "Everyvon iz velcome to view my home. I have to downsize. I used to enjoy living here - but no more."
It is believed the undead entity has plans to move to a two-bed semi in Yeovil, Somerset
