CIH Caretakers and Estate Managers Conference & Exhibition is a bespoke national two day conference for anyone involved in the management and delivery of estate services.
Universal credit has introduced the concept of customers paying their rent directly to their housing provider. As a result the services they provide have come under the microscope by tenants ensuring they are receiving the best value for money. Estate services is just one of the services that directly impacts on resident satisfaction, and will therefore be increasingly under analysis.
