Dales staff celebrate award
Dales Housing has been awarded the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Award. The Matlock based housing association passed an independent assessment with flying colours, with particular praise given for leadership within the organisation.
Jacque Allen, Executive Director of Dales Housing, said: “We are delighted with the award which is another validation of our drive to improve the services we provide and I would like to thank all the tenants, staff and partners who took part in the assessment process.”
The award is the latest in a string of accolades covering tenant involvement and co-regulation, anti-social behaviour services and reaching the final in two awards for Excellence in Tenant Annual report and Excellence in Diversity.
