Magenta Living’s commitment to helping young people make a great career move with their Career Takeoff campaign continues to grow this month.
Career Takeoff gives young people the opportunity to meet employers and find out about the latest apprenticeship vacancies across Merseyside including opportunities in engineering, accountancy, social media and IT, business administration, hair and beauty, hospitality and construction.
Sally Kew, Magenta Living Community Development Coordinator says: “We are very proud of the career opportunities our Career Takeoff events have promoted so far, and we’re looking forward to helping more young people join the career ladder at our latest event.”
People aged between 16 and 21 can earn £80 - £270 per week on a Merseyside apprenticeship scheme, and Magenta Living is keen to connect the community with these jobs.
Elizabeth Curran, Employer Account Manager at National Apprentice Service added “Career Takeoff has already connected young people to the fantastic opportunities that are available. We’re delighted to be supporting Magenta Living’s aim to link their communities to apprenticeships across Wirral and Merseyside.”
Social housing and regeneration specialists Magenta Living will be opening their doors on Monday, April 14, between 2-5pm for this special event at Partnership Building in Hamilton Street. Please call 0808 100 9596 for more information.
