Working 9 to 5 may have been all well and good for Dolly Parton back in the day. But as a modern, forward thinking business, Equity Housing Group recognises that if you really want to satisfy your customers, you need to be flexible to meet their needs.
That’s why Equity has just launched its new extended opening hours and a fantastic new Customer Solutions Team as part of its improved offer to customers.
The new service will make a huge difference to Equity’s customers. By extending the hours of opening to 8am to 6pm, customers will be able to contact Equity before or after normal working hours. The new team doesn’t just include more people for customers to contact, it also contains additional expertise to resolve customer enquiries quickly and more effectively.
Andrei Szatkowski, Executive Director of Customers Services at Equity said; “I’m really excited about our new Customer Offer. Our Customer Solutions Team will be committed to providing a positive response and resolution to all enquiries. I’m confident the new team and our extended opening hours will improve the service we are able to offer.”
April marks the start of an exciting time for Equity. Later this month the Group will launch its new 20:20 vision and new Corporate Plan at their Employee Conference.
