Sovini Property Services, part of the Sovini Group, has been awarded the BE FaIR accreditation.
It is a recognised and respected industry specific accreditation for those working within the construction and built environment sector, and is awarded to those organisations who show a dedication to Fairness, Inclusion, and Respect in the workplace and throughout the supply chain.
Following a two day onsite assessment in December 2013, Sovini Property Services (SPS) successfully passed the accreditation process, with an impressive overall pass rate of 94% and were given the bronze award.
Phil Pemberton, Managing Director of Property Services, said “This is a great piece of news and couldn’t have been achieved without the commitment, dedication and enthusiasm from our staff.
“SPS has come a long way in a short period of time and this accreditation is testimony to the support provided from the rest of the business. This accreditation process was no small undertaking and is a result of which we are extremely proud of.”
Sovini Property Services was first approached to participate in the BE FaIR accreditation pilot scheme in April 2013 and was keen to get involved and utilised the business benefits that the accreditation could offer.
The BE Fair scheme is run through the CITB together with Constructing Equality and is a recognised and respected industry specific accreditation for those working within the construction and built environment sector.
