Councillor Jane Bell, Chair of South Ribble Borough Council’s Leyland Neighbourhood Forum, said: “I’d like to encourage as many residents as possible to come along to this fantastic free event. It’s really important to the Leyland forum, along with the rest of the council, that we look at ways of improving the health and wellbeing of our communities, and this is a great opportunity to find out about what’s going on right on your doorstep.”

World Health Day is celebrated on 7 April every year to mark the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organisation (WHO) in 1948.
