L&H Homes continue to deliver on excellence

L&H Homes has again demonstrated its excellent services again after achieving the Government’s Customer Service Excellence Standard for the fourth consecutive year.
The Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation developed by the Cabinet Office, tests in great depth those areas that research indicates are a priority by customers who are users of public services.
During the annual visit in February, L&H Homes were asked to demonstrate excellence in 5 key areas: Customer Insight, The Culture of the Organisation, Information and Access, Delivery, Timelines and Quality of Service. Each of the criteria looks to ensure customer satisfaction is held at the heart of the business.
This year all areas of the business received positive feedback but particular praise was made to the Care and Support service which received ‘compliance plus’ for both the floating support service and dementia care service at the Grimsby based care home, Cranwell Court.
Mike Hardy, Managing Director commented. “Our continuing achievement of maintaining our accreditation is a real strategic importance to us as it provides a great opportunity for us to be independently checked that we continue to deliver on our values and business aims to provide our customers with excellent standards of service. This couldn’t have been achieved without the hard work and commitment of all the staff teams.”
