Spire Homes have big plans in Market Harborough

Spire Homes are proud to announce that their £5.7 million housing development programme in Market Harborough to provide nearly 60 new affordable homes is underway.
The housing association, which is predominantly based in East Northamptonshire and Rutland will be developing their first homes in Leicestershire across two sites in the desirable market town in a bid to help tackle growing demand for affordable housing.
A £4.4 million scheme off Farndon Road has already begun and will provide 45 affordable homes by 2016. Properties will range in size from one and two bedroom flats and maisonettes to one, two and three bedroom houses.
A second, £1.3 million development, is set to begin in April this year off Lathkill Street, bringing 14 further affordable two and three bedroom houses to the town. Both developments will have properties available for intermediate rent and shared ownership.
