A partnership between housing association Orbit Homes and Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council is set to deliver 51 new social homes.
Planning permission has been granted for the three-site project, which will provide one, two and three-bed houses and bungalows for general needs rent.
The development will be designed and built to meet the Homes and Communities Agency’s design and quality standards and is expected to start this month.
Orbit will project manage the development on behalf of the local authority.
George Obeng-Manu, head of construction for Orbit Homes, said: “We’re pleased to be working partnership with Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to provide much needed new homes to the area.
“We’re experienced in providing affordable homes and will be able to lead this project successfully to deliver well-designed homes that people want to live in.”
