Hanover Housing Association, a social landlord that specialises in accommodation for the over-55s, has acquired 10 housing developments.
The acquisition, from Network Stadium Housing Association, comprises of 382 leaseholder properties and 32 managed homes.
Located across London, Hertfordshire and Hampshire, the homes will increase Hanover’s portfolio of housing developments for older people.
Tim Hall, Hanover's assistant director, said: “This is an excellent investment and will allow us to expand our housing provision in the south east to meet the needs of the region’s ageing population.
“I would like to extend a warm welcome to the highly experienced employees running the ten estates. Their skills will complement ours and we are looking forward to working with them to continue providing exceptional housing and related services to our new residents.”
“The new estates have fantastic residents and staff and the dedicated team are looking forward to becoming part of Hanover.”
