North East Lincolnshire is set for £40 million of investment in Shoreline homes over the next four years, including work on 7,660 homes and 500 apartment blocks.
Shoreline chief executive Tony Bramley said: "This is a massive investment which will have a positive long-term impact on the lives of our tenants and further improve the quality of the homes we provide throughout the area."
Work is due to start in April on the first 60 properties located across the borough, and then undertaken on a neighbourhood basis.
The project will be undertaken by Forrest and Wates Living Space. Both companies will have seven paid apprenticeships and 21 work placements for those in education and long-term unemployment.
