Would-be West Kent Housing Association tenants or those who are looking for a mutual exchange or other support can now use the latest technology to help them.
Kent Homechoice has developed an ‘app’ that will allow clients using Homechoice and Exchange Locata to get information and help on their smartphone or tablet device.
Sevenoaks-based West Kent, which now has tenants right across the county, is encouraging its residents to make good use of the app.
It is available for iPhone and Android and can be found in both iTunes and Google Play by searching for 'Kent Homechoice'.
The app allows customers to bid for homes, find mutual exchanges and access housing options advice and housing contacts while on the move.
As well as featuring existing services such as universal jobmatch, transport and health information, the app includes a new universal credit section and money advice service.
