New Acis Board member Graham Ward
Lincolnshire based housing association Acis Group has appointed a new member to its Board.
Acis, who own and manage over 5,500 homes across Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire, Nottingham and Derbyshire, appointed Graham Ward following the retirement of a former Board member in autumn last year.
A highly experienced professional, Graham qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and has held Project Accountant, Group Treasurer, Senior Consultant and Director positions, working on a large number of public private partnership assignments across government departments. He also worked extensively with the private sector, primarily on business development and financial strategy.
More recently, Graham undertook Senior Director and Commercial Director roles, in addition to acting as Non Executive Director for a variety of organisations. Graham now runs his own consultancy business, and also holds positions as a Lay Member with Nottingham City CCG and as a Non Executive Director with Eminate Limited.
Valerie Waby, Chief Executive of Acis, commented:
“Graham brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to Acis and I look forward to working with him in the coming months.”
