24housing magazine's prestigious Young Leaders award has returned for 2014 - and is now open for entries.
Now in its fourth year, the award asks the sector to put forward tomorrow's aspiring leaders.
Last year's winner, Hannah Allen from Aster Group, won the competition after a careful selection process saw her and four others make presentations before a panel of sector luminaries at the National Housing Federation's headquarters in London.
Hannah said: "Winning the Young Leaders award has led to the most amazing and craziest year of my career.
"This year has snowballed for me thanks to 24housing, David Orr and Aster, who all helped me to make the most of the opportunities I have been given.
"Meeting such great people and influential leaders has enabled me to develop and challenge my own thinking."
Anyone from your organisation can nominate a candidate provided those put forward are under 30 - and you can nominate as many staff as you like!
This year's event is being supported by the Centre for Housing & Support, who are offering a training course worth £1,500 to the eventual winner.
24housing editor Jon Land said: “This year’s Young Leaders award promises to be the best competition yet with a series of high profile and challenging tasks planned for our finalists. This is a major opportunity for the housing sector to support the development of ambitious young professionals and we urge individual organisations to get involved and nominate now.”
