Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) has appointed two new directors to the Executive Management Team. Keith Harley has been appointed as Director of Development and Growth and Peta Caine has been appointed as Director of Operations.
Keith joins BHP from Willmott Dixon where he was responsible for strategy for new business across the Affordable Housing and Housing for Sale Sectors. Keith has worked in the Affordable Housing industry for 25 years. Peta joins BHP from Ealing Council where she was responsible for Ealing’s Landlord Services and has been in social housing for 26 years.
Keith and Peta join BHP at an exciting time of the organisation’s development. It has recently signed a ground-breaking 10 year management agreement with Brent Council which puts forward a dynamic new model for housing and the role of ALMOs.
Keith said: “I am very excited to join BHP and be part of such a dynamic organisation. One of the key aims over the coming years is to increase the number of affordable housing to rent and buy and help deal with the chronic housing shortage in the borough. I am looking forward to the challenge and making a significant contribution.”
Peta said: “I am very pleased to be appointed as Director of Operations for BHP. I am impressed with the commitment and drive of BHP Officers and the Board to providing good services for residents and their passion for the community. I am keen to develop these relationships with both residents and suppliers, and build on the many strengths of the organisation.”
Tom Bremner, BHP’s Managing Director said: “I would like to give a warm welcome to Keith and Peta. I look forward to working with them to ensure that we provide a first class service for our residents and take BHP to new heights.”
