Lancashire-based Progress Housing Group has been ranked in top third of housing associations for its for digital media presence.
An independent study, published this month has ranked Progress Housing Group in the top 100 housing organisations using digital and social media across the UK.
The Connected Housing survey, carried out by digital and social business consultancy Visceral Business, placed Progress Housing Group 84th for its overall digital media activity and 77th for its Twitter usage.

The study looked at 275 housing organisations across the country, scoring them on their use of digital and social channels, development of customer service and the tenant experience, how digital and social media is changing the business model, how digital and social technology in housing is being used to develop social capital and how housing associations are building digital and social capital internally.
The organisations included in the study manage over 2.6 million households in the UK between them.
