Housing association Two Saints has appointed a new chief executive.
Steve Benson will take up the reins at the 450-home provider in February.
He replaces Louise Barnden who is moving on to a new role in London after five years at the homelessness provider.
Mr Benson has a strong track record in the housing sector in the south and South West and has worked in the local authority areas of New Forest, Fareham, Test Valley, Bournemouth and Welwyn-Hatfield.
Since 2000 he has had senior roles as operations director and managing director at a number of housing associations, including East Dorset HA, Signpost HA, Testway HA, and the Aster Group. He is also a past president of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
During his career Steve has gained plentiful experience of supported housing, social enterprise, development, and asset management, as well as many years housing management experience.
Two Saints chair Mike McKenzie said: “Everyone at Two Saints is very pleased that Steve will joining us, and we look forward to welcoming him to the organisation.”
