Friendship Care and Housing (Friendship) have successfully taken ownership of 40 homes in Charnwood, Loughborough. The properties, formerly owned by Places for People, increase Friendship’s housing stock in Charnwood to over 500 homes.
Jonathan Driffill, Friendship’s Managing Director said “We know the Charnwood area really well and I’m delighted to welcome our new residents into the fold. Customer involvement and people voicing their views is extremely important to us and the service we provide, so we are very much looking forward to working with them”.
Over recent months, the East Midlands housing team have been out and about introducing themselves, getting to know the new residents and making sure they were fully equipped with everything they needed before the transfer took place.
Friendship own more than 4, 600 in the East and West Midlands. Their cautious housing stock expansion programme reflects their commitment to sensible business growth and helping to meet the needs of communities.
