Colchester Borough Homes has appointed a new chair for its board.
Anne Grahamslaw took up the role at the start of December, and joins just as CBH celebrates its tenth anniversary.
In the past, Ms Grahamslaw has been chief executive of Business Link Northamptonshire. She was also lay chair for South West Lincolnshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group and was a nonexecutive director of Lincolnshire NHS Partnership Trust.
She set up and developed 'intune', a trading company for Help the Aged.
Greg Falvey, CBH chief executive, said: “Anne stood out as an excellent candidate for the role of chair. She brings diverse experience from both public and private sectors, and her values and aspirations are well aligned with those of CBH for the coming years.”
Ms Grahamslaw said: “I’m delighted to be joining Colchester Borough Homes. This is an exciting time for housing and I really look forward to working with Greg and the Board to ensure we continue to rise to the challenge.”
