Customers choose their champion

As part of last week’s Institute of Customer Service National Customer Service Week, Soha tenants who were visiting Royal Scot House in Didcot were invited to nominate a member of staff as their ‘Customer Champion’.
The winner was Tenancy Support Officer Toby Laver, seen here with Soha Director of Customer Service, Maureen Adams. Toby works directly with Soha tenants who need an extra ‘helping hand’. He notes, “I’m really happy to be Soha’s Customer Champion and getting a vote of confidence from them is great. My job is with tenants who are having a tough time and who need, for example, help in finding their next home, budgeting or access to training or other practical support. I find working with Soha’s tenants really rewarding.”
