Royal Oak Brewery has been shortlisted for 24Housing’s Affordable Housing Scheme of the Year.
The Equity Foundation has been shortlisted for the Northern Housing Consortium’s Northern Silver Screen Awards in the category of Co-Creation and Partnerships.
Equity Housing Group is also waiting to hear if it has been named as one of 24Housing’s Top 50 Landlords, the results of which will be revealed in December.
All of these shortlisting successes follow on from Equity receiving a bronze award at the National Housing for Older People Awards for its extra care scheme at Runnymede Court in Stockport.
Equity’s Communications Manager Jeff McMaster said: “Whilst our priority first and foremost is to deliver superb services for our customers, we’re delighted that Equity is being recognised within the sector for the work we are doing. These awards cover a wide range of service areas, demonstrating the consistently high standards that we are delivering for all of our customers across the Group”.
