Staff from Merlin Housing Society raised over £2,300 pounds, when they took part in Macmillan's Biggest Coffee Morning last week.
Staff from its head office in Chipping Sodbury, and customers living in its Independent Living Communities and hostels, took part in the charity's campaign.
Event organiser, Merlin's Independent Living Service Manager, Ruth Lane said: "We're delighted to have raised so much money. Many of us have been affected by cancer, and touched by the work Macmillan does, so it's great to be able to give something back.
"The event also gave us an opportunity to engage our customers and equip our staff to help those who are suffering from the disease."
Merlin staff are planning to work with Macmillan's education team to get advice on how they can support customers who are battling cancer.
