Chance to find out more about shared ownership

If you thought owning your own home in Exminster was only a dream, it might be time to think again.
Leading housing and care provider Sanctuary Group is building 15 new homes in Old Quarry Drive, Exminster, and next weekend will be opening the doors to its show apartment at the Milbury Reach development, giving people an opportunity to view these new properties and find out more about buying on a shared ownership basis.
Virginia Peachey, Development Coordinator at Sanctuary Group, said: “We understand that buying a shared ownership home can be complicated, and so we will be on hand throughout the open day on Saturday to explain in detail just what is involved.”
She explained that the properties at Milbury Reach, which include one, two and three-bedroom energy efficient homes, will be offered on a 50 per cent shared ownership basis, providing a genuine opportunity to get on the housing ladder for the first time.
The open day runs from 10am until 3pm on Saturday 12 October at Milbury Reach, Old Quarry Drive, Exminster EX6 8FJ and anyone wanting more information ahead of this can call 0800 916 1444 or email email@example.com .
