RHP and Continental Landscapes working in partnership
RHP has selected Continental Landscapes as its new partner for grounds maintenance services following a detailed procurement process. The new contract, including grass cutting, shrub maintenance and leaf clearance, began on Monday 2 September.
The London housing association owns and manages nearly 10,000 homes across Richmond and Hounslow. Continental Landscapes already provides local services which receive great feedback from residents.
Myles Kaplan, Head of Estate Services at RHP, says: “Our customers gave valuable feedback on our service so we knew exactly what we needed to include in our brief to potential partners. Continental Landscapes demonstrated commitment to our customer service ethos and we know they have the same dedication to getting it right that we do.”
Continental Landscapes will provide a dedicated team for RHP with new equipment to ensure a fantastic service from the very first visit. The focus at the beginning of the contract will be on streamlining scheduling, with an ongoing commitment to reducing waste and carbon emissions.
Howard Morris, Operations Director at Continental Landscapes, says: “We are pleased to announce our partnership with RHP. We have highly trained and motivated staff, dedicated to ensuring the sites we look after are attractive, clean and safe for all to enjoy. We look forward to working with RHP and its customers to achieve this.”
