Paradigm Housing Group has appointed a former boss of the Tenants Service Authority to its board.
Claer Lloyd-Jones was chief executive and executive director of corporate services at the TSA, before its merger with the Homes and Community Agency.
A practising solicitor, Ms Lloyd-Jones currently works as a consultant specialising in ethics and governance, and has senior local authority experience at Lewisham, Brighton & Hove Council, and Hackney.
She will now take a non-executive board member role at the 12,000-home provider.
Ms Lloyd-Jones, who is also a part-time tribunal judge and non-executive board member at Ravensbourne College in London, said: “I look to bring humanity, humility and diversity to leadership at Paradigm. This sits alongside good ethical governance.
"I am delighted to be joining the Board at such an exciting and challenging time and look forward to my role helping to ensure that Paradigm continues to serve its 25,000 residents as best as it possibly can."
