Derby Homes get tough with abusive tenants
Police have launched a murder enquiry after finding a woman's body in a freezer in a Southsea council flat.
Officers forced their way into the property at Wilmcote House, Tyseley Road last week, after concerns were raised about Louise Brough by Portsmouth City Council.
A man, 53, from Southsea has been arrested on suspicion of murder and bailed until November.
Police have said that initial enquiries show there is no risk to the wider community.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said: "Until a post-mortem examination has taken place we are unable to confirm when the woman died."
