Ex-Liverpool footballer Robbie Fowler has started a property academy designed for buy-to-let investors.
The Robbie Fowler Property Academy Workshop will hold a number of sessions in London next week, with another to follow in Hayes.
The former Premier League striker is believed to own more than 80 rental properties across the North West - a portfolio he began to build during his playing days.
Fowler, the fifth highest scorer in Premier League history with 162 goals, said: "Off the pitch one of my biggest successes has come from investing in property.
"When I first started I didn't know much about the property world but I had some good advice from people who did.
"It was by putting that advice into practice that made my business go from strength to strength.
"It doesn't matter what state the market's in, there is always money to be made as long as you get the right education."
