Cross Keys Homes has welcomed a new member to its board.
Carl Larter is replacing Ken Wood who left in March after three years’ service.
Mr Larter will also chair CKH Developments Ltd, Cross Keys’ non-charitable subsidiary.
He said: “Cross Keys Homes is well known as a successful and innovative organisation and I am delighted to be able to help in its continuing success.”
Angus Kennedy, chair of the Cross Keys board, said: “We are very grateful to Ken for his dedication and hard work while on our Board. Carl joins us at a very exciting time as we continue to build more homes to help with the affordable housing crisis in the region, as well as facing challenges due to the Government’s welfare reform programme. Carl’s knowledge and experience will prove to be a huge asset to Cross Keys Homes.”
