Greenwich, one of London’s four world heritage sites, is one of the most exciting places to live in London, with appealing neighbourhoods that attract a mix of young professionals and families.

A home in Gladstone House means buyers are part of a thriving cosmopolitan community, with eclectic nightlife and world renowned landmarks on their doorsteps such as the Royal Observatory, Greenwich Park, the iconic Cutty Sark and the O2 Arena.  When it comes to eating out or visiting quirky shops and markets, they are spoiled for choice.

On site, residents can also enjoy a leading supermarket as well as a range of bars and restaurants when they want to relax in a great environment close to home.

Or they can take the DLR to Bank or City Airport or get the tube to Wembley or catch a train to London Bridge or Charing Cross.

Steeped in history, time never stands still in Greenwich. And New Capital Quay, the latest phase in its redevelopment, is living proof.

New Capital Quay is located off Norway Street, by Creek Road,  just five minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Greenwich.
