Anyone interested in living in city centre apartments, in a historic building are being invited to Priestgate Court’s launch event on Monday 18 March.
Cross Keys Homes is spending 3 million to sympathetically convert the beautiful buildings in Peterborough into 29 shared ownership homes. Lindum Sturgeon are the local developers who are tastefully converting and developing these new homes.
Plans and information will be available and staff will be on hand to discuss shared ownership and how it works. Also, people will be able to register their interest in one of these new homes during the event.
Hayley Roan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Cross Keys Homes said: “This is a very exciting opportunity for people to acquire a city centre home that will be affordable for many pockets.
“There is a real shortage in Peterborough, as well as nationally, of quality homes that the average person can afford. It is our intention to build for the future and provide the people of Peterborough homes they can be proud of and enjoy at sensible costs.”
Managing Director of Lindum Sturgeon, Matthew Flower said: We are delighted to have commenced works on the Priestgate apartments’ scheme and co-host this event to give people the opportunity to 'meet the builder'. We invite the local community to come and see what we are doing and ask any questions about the development at this unique event.”
For those tempted by one of these homes or just to find out more about shared ownership come along to the launch event on Monday 18 March between 2.00pm – 5.00pm at Peterborough Museum, Priestgate.
