Cross Keys Homes is delighted to have risen thirteen places in this year’s prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work for and ranked third in the ‘giving something back’ category. The organisation is now ranked at 53, rising from 66 in 2012.
The ranking is assessed through a staff survey – so the passion and dedication of the work force really shows through. It ranks the companies on issues such a staff engagement, satisfaction, prospects for training and development.
Ten members of staff attended the recent awards ceremony in London, where they heard the good news. Cross Keys Homes, Chief Executive, Mick Leggett, said: “This is fantastic news and a real testament to the staff at Cross Keys Homes who contribute so much to making the organisation such a great place to work, especially because of their positive attitudes and shared values. This then shines through in the way we support our customers, communities and each other.”
Chair of Cross Keys Homes, Dr Angus Kennedy, added: “I am delighted that Cross Keys Homes has moved so far up the ranking this year. It is further evidence of the progress we are making year on year.”
