The refreshed websites have benefitted from an update to their look and feel, alongside revitalised copy which delivers open and concise information about who we are and what we do. Yet the changes run deeper than simply the cosmetic as the sites boast some great new features that make it easier for people to engage with us and our brands.
In response to customer feedback the Longhurst Group website has evolved to improve access to information and new additions include an online job application process (with the option to sign up for e-mail job alerts) and a mobile website for those with internet enabled mobile device to look up the most frequently viewed pages. The “About Us” section now hosts an interactive timeline which illustrates the history of the Group.
The Keystone Developments site has also incorporated changes to make it easier to navigate. With an increased focus on partnership working, the new site is designed to appeal to prospective business partners who are encouraged to get in touch using the new online form. A live poll recording individual’s reasons for visiting the site will allow us to continue to refine content in line with customer and stakeholder needs.
