City West donate pool table to young residents

Young residents at a homeless hostel in Salford have been enjoying a new pool table donated by City West Housing Trust.

The young people at Petrie Court, a supported accommodation project which offers care for 16 to 24 year old single homeless people, joined City West’s Director of Corporate Services, Paul Carhart, for a game on the new table.

Paul Carhart said: “Petrie Court is a vital facility for young people in Salford. We were happy to help out and donate the new pool table and it was great to see how much the young people were enjoying it.

We are committed to supporting young people across Salford with opportunities for employment and housing and we will continue to work closely with Salford City Council and our partners to achieve this.”
