HANOVER HOUSING ASSOCIATION SHORTLISTED FOR THE 2013 Housing Association National Accountancy Awards

Hanover Housing Association’s Finance team has been shortlisted for the Housing Association National Accountancy (HANAAs) awards.

These awards are in their first year and will showcase the finance teams and individuals who are adapting to the new business models within the sector, whilst continuing to provide great customer service, financial stability and excellent conditions for investment.

Hanover’s Finance team is one of just four organisations left in the running for the category Outstanding Finance Communications.

The event is organised by the National Housing Federation and has attracted a huge response with submissions from the length and breadth of the UK.

As an added bonus Finance trainee Gemma Jeeves has been nominated in the category of most promising newcomer.

Barbara Matthews Finance and Resources Director for Hanover said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Gemma and the team. “We will be on the edge of our seats until the results come out next month.”

 he winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony taking place at the Hilton Hotel in Coventry Tuesday 19 March.
