If the idea of having a rich footballer for a neighbour leaves you cold, you might want to avoid Surrey.
For the county is England's favourite home spot for Premier League players, research by website Zoopla.co.uk has revealed.
Chelsea trio John Terry, Ashley Cole and Frank Lampard all live in the county, along with former player and present pundit Gary Lineker.
Joining the likes of Lampard and his TV presenter partner Christine Bleakley in the affluent county are the Redknapps - former Liverpool player Jamie and his ex-pop star wife Louise.
Surrey's Oxshott tops the list of the most expensive retreats for footballers in the country, where the average property price is £1,456,865.
Finishing second in the rich league is Hampstead in north London, where Arsenal player Andrei Arshavin dwells among homes worth on average £1,086,955.
In the north, Cheshire's Hale is the most popular spot with football's elite, and is home to Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic.
And perhaps the Serbian international's presence is having an effect on the area - property prices have risen there by 5.90% over the last 12 months.
Meanwhile, ex-Man Utd player Wes Brown is looking to move from his home in Prestbury, Lancashire. The property is currently up for sale at £3.25m.
And as for the most famous footballer and WAG combo in the world, David and Victoria Beckham, they are currently renting a house worth a mere £20m in London as they plot their relocation from Los Angeles.
Lawrence Hall of Zoopla.co.uk commented: “If a premier league footballer is the main prize for an aspiring WAG, then a premier league pad is not far behind. Average property prices in these hotspots are sky-high, especially in some of the more renowned Premier league Property Hotspots like Oxshott, Cobham and Esher in Surrey. But a transfer to a northern club will buy a lot more bang for the WAG buck, thanks to notably lower property prices in north.”
