Shoreline Housing has been awarded the highest possible financial viability rating in the latest batch of regulatory judgements from the Homes and Communities Agency.
The upgraded judgement comes for the first time in Shoreline’s history reflecting the improvement in its financial position.
North East Lincolnshire's largest social housing provider also maintained the highest rating possible for governance.
Shoreline chair Karen Rastall said: “This assessment reflects Shoreline’s stability and strength both financially and in terms of how it is run, in what is a particularly challenging financial climate and changing sector.”
