Estuary Housing Association has restructured its senior management team for the first time in five years.
The HA's board decided on the move to ensure that "the structure remains fit for purpose".
Essex-based Estuary has now created a small executive team, featuring a chief executive, executive director of operations, executive director of corporate resources and a management team of assistant directors.
Estuary's CEO, Paul Durkin, said: "I am looking forward to working with the new Senior Management Team who I am confident will make a very significant contribution to the continuing growth of Estuary Housing Association.
"We are committed to the provision of good quality housing, care and support services to meet local needs and to contribute to the development of sustainable communities. These changes will provide us with the best senior level structure to enable us to do this."
Estuary owns and manages over 3,700 properties.
