In order to represent residents’ views and to assist with the catering tender Hanover’s Catering and Procurement team recruited 65-year old resident Janet Mizzen to research and collate residents’ views.
Janet said: “Selecting a good catering provider is paramount if older people are to maintain good health through healthy eating.”
