Bromford welcome awaits at Penny Meadow open day

HOMEBUYERS can look forward to a warm welcome as well as a great opportunity at tomorrow's special open day to launch Bromford Homes' exclusive Penny Meadow development in Kidderminster.
The invitation − and a promise to confirm prices for the homes being built by award-winning Site Manager Pete Hamon and his team in one of the town's most sought-after areas − comes from Bromford Homes Sales & Marketing Director Bev Hall, pictured.
She is hoping for an enthusiastic turnout of would-be buyers between 11am and 3pm at the offices of leading local estate agents Allan Morris & Jones in Oxford Street, Kidderminster, on Saturday (November 17).
Bev and Sales Consultant Carol Bradshaw will be there to answer questions and explain what sets the new homes at Penny Meadow, on the brow of Bewdley Hill, apart from the competition.
Bev's message to buyers: "If you want a great new home in a great location at a great price then you won't do better than here at Penny Meadow.
"I'd describe this a golden opportunity for local homeowners to move up. We believe the quality of homes and the development as a whole will appeal to discerning buyers.
"Our in-house construction team has a reputation for quality that is second to none and that was underscored last month when our Site Manager was named a regional winner in the NHBC's prestigious Pride in the Job Awards.
"This marks him out as one of the very best in his profession and I know he's bringing that certain X-factor to his work at Penny Meadow."
Sales Consultant Carol agrees, having worked alongside Pete at the Priorsleap housing development in Telford that won him the award − his third Pride in the Job accolade in as many years while working for Bromford.
She says: "These high-quality homes at Penny Meadow will surely appeal to people who appreciate quality and the leafy, family-friendly feel of this area around the crest of Bewdley Hill.
"If that sounds like you, then please come along to our open day on November 17 and let us tell you more and answer any questions."
Their joint invitation to local homebuyers is rolled out as Pete and his team finish preparing the site so that work can begin on building the 13 new homes − mostly four-bed houses with just two three-bed properties.
One of the two original family homes that stood on the site has already been demolished − the other is to be sold alongside the new-build houses − and the gardens have been cleared.
The Penny Meadow marketing suite is due to be open before Christmas and the showhome scheduled for completion early next year.
